Andrew has helped grow the team from 3 when he joined to now a team of 7. He has helped push the team forward especially from a CAD and 3D modelling perspective.

Andrew is involved in the technical review process and is setting the standard for the Graduate Engineer’s being mentored by him. As part of his new role he will be involved in the day to day team management and responsible for resourcing and training.
