Our project The Telegraph Works, a 272-home residential regeneration of a historic site in the south west of the Greenwich Peninsula, has been featured in The Metro newspaper.

The scheme, which is due to complete early next year, includes an 18-storey residential tower with three residential blocks of 7-8 stories, all connected via a first floor level podium structure. A ground floor level beneath consists of plant rooms, car parking cycle and refuse storage for the units above.

The scheme is divided into two distinct parts, comprising of the following:

• Courtyard Houses: Sixteen exclusive low-rise three double-bedroom courtyard houses situated to the south and arranged in two rows

• Apartment Buildings: To the north of the courtyard houses, four apartment buildings are located around a podium garden (with car parking below)
