The resort is situated on the private Island of Isola delle Rose in Sacca Sessola (also known as Rose Island) and will be the first JW Marriott Brand Hotel to open in Italy. The JW Marriott Hotel will feature 266 guests rooms and suites which have been designed by world renowned Architects Matteo Thun + Partners. The hotel will boast several fine dining restaurants and bars as well as full service spa facilities along with meeting, seminar and boardrooms.

Meinhardt’s role was to work as part of the Marriott Global design team, assisting the Owners team to deliver the Engineering Services design and installation to the correct standard.
