Greetham Street is a 850 bed student accommodation development partially constructed over a busy road that provides access to the adjacent Portsmouth Rail Station.

The project comprises of a 24, 18, 8 & 7 storey stepped arrangement with the 18 storey building spanning over Dugald Drummond St. A feature cascading staircase flows from the first floor to the sixth floor adding to communal and congregation areas for the students.

An eccentric core arrangement to the tower has been incorporated along with a precast permanent formwork for the post-tensioned transfer structure.
