The project involved the demolition of an existing office building on the site, and construction of a new mixed use development in its place.

The accommodation comprises 6 residential apartments at first to fourth floors, and commercial office space at basement and ground level.

The development is to achieve Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM respectively.
