This project involved the refurbishment of a 1950’s nine storey hotel located close to Marble Arch off Oxford Street.

Works included the installation of new escalators from ground to first floor, which involves installing a new transfer structure at second floor to facilitate removal of main columns to allow escalators to be installed.

Also included are new company works and a remodeling of the hotel entrance area.
