Greenwich Approves 15,000-home Masterplan
Meinhardt are working closely with Knight Dragon on the Greenwich Peninsula Masterplan and are delighted to hear of Knight Dragons’ success on the approval of their revised Masterplan for the Greenwich Peninsula Site, in South London. Knight Dragon have successfully made a case to raise the numbers of homes surrounding The O2 from 10,000 to over 15,000.
The latest application proposes a mixed use development including serviced apartments, commercial and retail spaces, hotels, leisure, health and education facilities, a new transport hub, parks & green space areas as well as a new 40,000 square metre Film Studio.
