Martin jointly leads our building services team and is at the forefront of the company’s ongoing development of the 3D design integration of building services with structures.

His UK and international project experience includes developments in the hotel, education, commercial, residential and arts sectors. He has led the building services team in undertaking hotel developments all over the world, and undertakes existing-building surveys in relation to services and sustainability.  In the other sectors, of particular note are the contributions he has made to the refurbishment and restoration of significant arts-related buildings.

Martin also acts as a consultant to the Marriott Architecture and Construction teams in London, Frankfurt and Dubai, a role he has fulfilled since 2005.  This involves providing Building Services engineering advice to Owner’s design teams on approximately 25 live projects in the UK, EMEA, Turkey and Russia regions.  In addition, the role involves undertaking property acquisition surveys for potential conversions to Marriott brands, in the same regions.
