This project involves the total demolition and removal of the existing 4 storey structure down to ground level and associated separation works as per the specification and party wall agreements.

The scheme is for a new build 6-storey office building including car parking and ancillary accommodation at lower ground floor level in Reading.

The building wraps around an internal glazed light well providing natural light to the office space. There is a fully glazed entrance, which has a structural glass façade. The remaining glazed ground floor façade is recessed with fins.

The elevations above are glazed with solid ‘copper’ panels and the upper most levels are stepped back and consist of recessed glazing with fins. To the rear of the building is the glazed light well.
