The Waldorf Astoria Hotel  is a 137 room, 5 star luxury hotel within Syon Park Estate and offers conference facilities, basement swimming pool, entertainment suites, roof garden and extensive gardens with water features.

It is constructed to form steep roofscape to mimic barns so as to blend in with the pastoral setting.  The main conference block and facilities building are composed of steel frames supporting composite concrete metal decking floors and are stabilised by cross braces.  The bedroom blocks are part load bearing masonry supporting pre cast concrete floors, with the roofs framed in steel and timber.  The buildings are supported on piled foundations.
