Brendan brings expertise in civil infrastructure schemes and residential developments, having worked as a design lead on numerous roads and traffic-based schemes from preliminary design to construction and handover.

He has extensive experience liaising with key project stakeholders and design team leads, including key decision-makers in Local Authorities and Statutory Bodies.

Brendan designed and has overseen construction projects and will apply this learning and experience to any future project. He has experience designing and constructing mixed-use developments with numerous key stakeholders involved throughout all design and delivery stages during construction.
