Cullan has over 20 years’ experience in Transportation and Infrastructure sectors. His experience spans the globe from South and Central America, Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the UK. He has built a considerable portfolio of large and small projects, each with his unique take on making the difficult very straightforward.

UK Projects include the iconic Winter Gardens in Bournemouth, the highly remarkable Chapel Riverside in Southampton, re-development of Wilton Park Barracks in Beaconsfield, as well as the redevelopment of the former MG Rover site in Longbridge, Birmingham. Delivering simple and effective Transport Planning, Detailed design and onsite delivery services.

Overseas projects include Transportation lead for the Royal Commission of AlUla in Saudi Arabia, AlUla Masterplan Area 2 also in KSA, Qatar Petroleum Headquarters in Doha, Bizerte Waterfront in Tunisia, UAE, and the former Edwards US Air Force base in Panama.

In the last three years Cullan has gained planning consents for over 3,000 new homes, almost 1 million Sq. ft of commercial space, designed new motorway junctions on the M5, and delivered expert witness services and won his last three public inquiries.
