This project comprised of a separate fit out contract for the tenant on the fifth and sixth floors. Again this has involved both refurbishment of the existing M&E systems on the floor, and the addition of new services to suit the CAT B requirements of the tenant. This included meeting and conference room, dealing desks, new IT infrastructure and kitchen.
