This project involves the regeneration of the retail floor space of the Arndale House building in the centre of Bradford, immediately adjacent to the new Westfield Shopping Centre which is currently under construction.

The retail space is on the ground and first floors and will offer several restaurant outlet facilities. The regeneration is part of a larger conversion of the eight storey commercial floors above from office to residential usage.
