Bermondsey Central is a residential development next to main line railway in South London.

This project involved the completion of an existing partly constructed residential building where the construction was commenced early 2006 and later stopped due to financial issues. The project is known as Rope Walk and is located at 41 Maltby Street, London. The building has a basement level, ground floor and 1st to 6th floors and roof area.

The floors are being re-planned to allow for the construction of 90 dwellings including 22 affordable homes for Southern Housing.

The project has been designed to achieve Ecohomes Very Good rating and the heating and domestic hot water services for the dwellings were electric.
