This project comprises three interconnected circular towers from 8 to 12 storeys.

The gasholders are being restored and will be re-erected around a series of apartment buildings. The cast-iron structures will create a spectacular setting for new studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments, many with beautiful views over the water.

The towers are arranged around a central drum and are housed in the old Kings Cross gasholder frames, which are to be re-erected around the towers.

The three towers sit over a common basement and the structure is generally reinforced concrete.

Value engineering included optimisation of floor plates, reduction in basement & foundation structures.
