This residential development is part of the masterplan to regenerate the Kidbrooke area. Phase 2 consists of the construction of 2 blocks of apartments and 40+ townhouses, all designed to achieve a code for sustainable homes level 3.

Renewable technologies including biomass boiler plant and solar hot water generation has been incorporated into the scheme to achieve this requirement.

A ‘wet’ swale (lake) has been designed and integrated into the scheme to provide both a habitat for wildlife and to provide surface water retention across this and future phase on the site.
