Maybrook Retail Park provides 5,574 sq.m.(60,000 sq.ft.) of modern, terraced retail accommodation at ground floor level. The park offers units of a steel portal frame construction with part brick built elevations and part profile metal sheet cladding. All units are of sufficient height to allow mezzanines (subject to planning).
