A 26 storey tower housing a 4 star hotel and serviced apartments, situated next to Portsmouth and Southsea train station.

The serviced apartments are located at levels 15 and above, while the hotel rooms and communal and conference spaces occupy the lower half of the building. The total accommodation will comprise of 118 serviced apartments and 180 hotel rooms. Structurally the tower will consists of a central concrete core with flat slabs or post-tensioned slabs to minimise floor-to-floor heights and provide maximum flexibility.
