The Over Station Road project is a large mixed use development located within the Royal Arsenal site in Woolwich. The majority of the development is situated on the site of an existing car park which is flanked by 3 English Heritage Grade II listed buildings.

The 50,000m2 development comprises of 6 concrete framed residential buildings, 592 apartments in total, all of which have steel balconies attached. Commercial and Retail is situated on the lower levels.

The development is situated directly adjacent to and above the Royal Arsenal Crossrail station. All residential buildings from Blocks A-E have a two storey basement below, while Block F straddles the Crossrail station.

The design has been delivered from and architectural and structural perspective with a Level 2 BIM model.
