The resort will consist of the following facilities:

• 400 room four star hotel
• 50 five star VIP suites
• Public areas including a main circulation feature such as a winter garden
• Pool and spa (part treatment and part social gathering point)
• Seasonal outdoor public areas integrated with the resort complex
• State of the art multifunction conferencing and entertainment
• Retail, bars, restaurants
• Nightclub
• Associated back of house areas
• Car parking; ± 500 spaces plus overflow provisions integrated with landscape
• Landscaping; ± 4.5 hectares (± 9 acres) Resort hard and soft landscaping (including all circulation, entrance and egress)
• Outdoor pools
• Ancillary resort buildings
