This project involves the city central regeneration of the Gates Shopping Centre site and will comprise the following features:

• Mixed use, retail led regeneration including cinemas and student accommodation
• Detailed assessment of existing structure to maximise development potential without the need for significant strengthening works
• Design for continued operation during construction
