After 3 years of painstaking work, one of our more unusual projects has now reached completion. Ocean Mist, was commissioned in 1919 as a minesweeper and had a rich and varied history before being purchased by serial entrepreneur Alan Pedley and re-imagined as a boutique hotel.

Alan and his family have largely self-constructed the project and the level of quality and attention to detail is exquisite.

At Meinhardt, we are proud of our involvement which has included the design of the HVAC, electrical, power, lighting and fire alarm installations.
