Meinhardt UK Strengthens ESG and Sustainability Leadership with Appointment of Dr Aleksandra Przydrozna
Meinhardt UK has appointed Dr Aleksandra Przydrozna, a sustainability strategist and Chartered Mechanical Engineer, as Business Unit Director for ESG and Sustainability, based in London. The appointment supports Meinhardt’s commitment to integrating sustainability, resilience and long‑term value into the design and delivery of projects across the built environment.
Aleksandra brings extensive experience in decarbonisation, retrofit strategy and ESG risk‑management frameworks. She has led multidisciplinary teams delivering energy‑transition and climate‑adaptation programmes across major global portfolios, with a focus on turning strategic ambition into measurable, long‑term outcomes.
With a PhD from the University of Cambridge and technical expertise spanning mechanical engineering, energy efficiency and HVAC systems, Aleksandra has contributed to advanced building‑performance research and projects that improve the link between design intent and operational performance. Her background includes work across net‑zero pathways, building physics, climate‑risk analysis and complex project leadership.
In her role at Meinhardt UK, Aleksandra will lead the development of the firm’s ESG and Sustainability capabilities, strengthening integrated service offerings and supporting clients to plan, design and deliver credible net‑zero and resilience strategies. Her appointment reinforces Meinhardt’s continued focus on providing clients with clear, evidence‑based pathways aligned to evolving environmental, regulatory and investor expectations.
